Once we have received your booking and we have allocated a team to do the job you will receive a BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL

This will contain a survey which will be your opportunity to tell us how you would like things done, your preferences, things we should avoid, your pets names, as well as your birthday so we can send you a card (optional). We appreciate this is not just A home, but YOUR home, so we would appreciate a steer on how we can achieve your DREAM Clean.

After which, sit back, relax, and wait for our DBS Checked, trained and uniformed staff to arrive. Then we will take care of the home clean, you can focus on whats important to you- work, family, shopping, gym, scrolling on your socials (@tidyo.me by the way)….
